Overview
The CP-D series serves small and medium-flow liquid cooling loops in energy storage cabinets, traction battery packs, liquid-cooled charging cables and power electronics. Motor, controller and pump are integrated in one housing — installation is just the coolant lines and one power/signal harness.
Via PWM or CAN, the thermal management controller adjusts speed to load: lower energy use and noise at part load, fast flow increase at high load. Speed, current and fault codes are reported back for predictive maintenance.

Canned design, zero leakage
The rotor runs in the coolant while a containment can isolates the stator — no mechanical seal, so no path for leaks.

Sensorless FOC control
Built-in controller with PWM and CAN 2.0B speed control and live feedback of speed, current and fault status.

Full protection
Over/under-voltage, stall, dry-run and over-temperature protection with automatic derating or shutdown and fault reporting.

Quiet and long-lived
Ceramic shaft and graphite bearings lubricated by the coolant; CFD-optimised impeller channels for smooth, quiet running.
