Overview

The CP-H series is the core circulation pump of a cold-plate CDU (coolant distribution unit). The CDU supplies the secondary loop to every server cold plate, so pump reliability decides whether racks can run at full load continuously.

It follows typical CDU architectures: dual or N+1 pumps, drawer-type quick release and online replacement. The inverter controls speed on supply/return differential pressure or temperature, maintaining cooling while lowering PUE.

  • Efficient EC drive

    Permanent-magnet synchronous motor with integrated inverter, efficient at part load, with closed-loop control on supply/return differential pressure or temperature.

  • Redundancy and hot swap

    Dual or N+1 parallel operation in drawer-type cassettes — replace a failed pump online without stopping the system.

  • Condition monitoring

    Built-in speed, current, temperature and vibration monitoring reported over Modbus to the CDU controller or BMS.

  • Low vibration and noise

    Dynamically balanced closed impeller and isolated mounting, suited to the data hall.
